Whether you’re impressed with this or not, the most popular cars in California are fuel efficient types. 

The Honda Civic once again gets the number one spot followed by the Tesla model 3, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and the Toyota RAV 4.

In terms of trucks, the Ford F-series comes in at #1, then the Chevy Silvarado, followed by the Ram trucks.

Elon Musk indicates that he has an even more affordable model in the works so it’s safe to say those wheels will surely be found in the top 10 list when it’s rolled out. Word on the street is that it’s a hatch back which is going to be a big plus.  The current model 3 starts at $35,000 so we can look forward to being able to get into a Tesla in the high $20,000’s soon.
